20 Min Standing Arm, Abs & Lower Body w/ Weights

This 20 minute standing flow hits arms, abs, and lower body all from your feet, so you get that full body burn without ever coming down to the mat. We move through three layers: bodyweight to find the muscle and warm into each movement, light weights to add control and sculpt, then heavier weights to really build. I use 3 and 8 pound hand weights.
